When friends gathering ends up in murder, things take a strange twist.

This is a pretty new movie and my BFF really wanted to see it, so I figured, why not?

 

This movie starts off with that rom-com vibe. Josh (Jack Quaid) and his gf Iris (Sophie Thatcher) are on a drive to go visit his friend Kat (Megan Suri) and her bf Sergey (Rupert Friend) and other friends will be joining as well. Seems like your average rom-com. Then Sergey attempts to sexually assault Iris. Oh snap! It's going in this direction? Then she kills him self-defense brutally. WTF?!!?

 

And that's when things really goes ape-shit. The movie takes an immediate turn down a road you never suspected and speeds up the pace. 

 

This movie is pretty original and suspenseful. You never realize what might happen next. Pretty good! Not only did I enjoy, but I wanted to re-watch it so I could see if there were hint and clues that they tossed in there that only made sense once you get into it.
