To me, any woman who walks around and doesn't even care if her clothes are on her is hot. That's a special kind of sexy that can only come from a high self esteem. She's proud of herself, and not afraid or restricted by society's imposed modesty.

Similarly, I had to visit a client today. I walk out of the office and a young woman was stepping from the subway. She was wearing a thin, loose fitting dress. It almost didn't obscure any of her form. She just nonchalantly tugged the straps back into place since they were falling down nearly to the point of exposing her breasts. She just carried an air of non-concern about being semi-nude on the streets of New York. I love it. HOT!
