One scientist figures out an alien invasion. 

My BFF and I have been on quite an ALIEN kick as of the time that I am writing this. So one night while she was drunk she put this movie on because the movie poster tricked her. I don't blame her, I am certain that was the intention. 

 

After a single message came from the Rubicon region of space, an alien space craft in the shape of an orb arrived in NY harbor. After running some tests on it, the craft turned on the military forces started a path of destruction, knocking out infrastructure on its way to the Nation's Capitol.

 

It's not a bad idea for a movie, but it's slow moving and dull. None of the acting is very good. The script is uninspired. The special effects are basic. The aliens on the cover only show up for about two seconds of screen-time. I guess there's a reason why this is a free movie on Amazon.
