Here's is a situation where the use of brain cells would've paid off.

At a company I know of the employees love to gossip and say cruel things to eachother about the managers and other employees through the intra-office emailing system. So last Friday they had quite an animated compilation of viciousness aimed at one of the managers going around the office until someone, by accident, cc'd that manager.
