Not worthy of his Mustang

There's a guy with the same generation Mustang as my wife's, the ones built from something like 2001 - 2004. He dropped a lot of cash on ground effects, spoiler, huge rims and extra wide tires, all teh bells and whistles. Then he tops it off by apparently painting it school bus orange with a roller. Seriously! The paint is all dull and has a texture like a low pile carpet. Dope. That car can never look good ever again.
