Is Pat O'Brien out of control?

They've been playing those infamous tapes, allegedly made by Pat O'Brien, for weeks now. He's from THE INSIDER and formerly from ACCESS HOLLYWOOD. Right at the time that these recordings went public he signed himself into rehab. I wonder if he truly is responsible for the calls and if he'll ever own up to it.
