Did Gwen get implants?

I always thought that Gwen Stefani was a role model for women because she accepted herself for what she was, and what she had. No implants in all those years of success. I applauded that.

This morning "Crazy Cabby" reported to the Stern Show that Gwen got implants about three months ago. So I hit yahoo looking for implant info and only found this from almost a YEAR ago:

But that looks like a padded bra in that pic, and when she was on SNL a month ago she was still flat chested. So it looks like Cabby is wrong as usual.
