In the movies: Redeye

Redeye. What a wonderfully deceiving movie. Is it horror? Is it about a terrorist plot on a plane? Well, it turned out to be about NOTHING that I expected it to be about. A hotel manager named Lisa Reisert, played by Rachel McAdams, is accosted on a trip home from a funeral by Jackson Rippner. Cillian Murphy did a great job as an evil bad guy while playing Rippner. He's just creepy squared. And Rachel does a spectacular job as the tough broad who's not going to let this creep get away with anything.

I won't give away anymore than that. It's totally worthwhile to see. An honest to goodness thriller.
