News over the weekend

Hurricane Rita didn't pack the punch the feared it might. Due to cooler water and shifts in the atmosphere and all sorts of other stuff, Rita lost intensity and shited direction. Certainly a ton of rain was dropped, but the damage wasn't anywhere close to expected.

Oil prices are actually DROPPING right now. Excellent.

News reports claim that Osama Bin Laden is kinda stuck on the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan with hardly any means of communication. Couriers deliver his messages.

If they know so much about him, why not arrest him?

Is that really news? Why is that on the front page of the paper?

IRA has officially disarmed. To me, this shows that there's the chance of peace in the world when THIS finally happened.
