Catwoman: Progress pt 12



So here's the last couple WIP shots before I get to the finished work and how it did in the BPMS Cats Theme Contest.


You can see all the "basic" colors on Catwoman. She's ready, in this pic, for drybrushing and washes. I use only acrylics, and usually the cheap craft store ones like Folk Art.


That base flesh is Folk Art #421, Portrait Light. The colors to be washed on afterward would be, in order of application: 616 Dusty Peach, 911 Apricot Cream, 617 Peach Perfection, and 912 Promenade -- lightest to darkest.


You can see the new whip handle made from a piece of miniblind as opposed to the crappy blocky out-of-the-box kit version. The other parts of the whip are put together with kneadatite.
