Provided by the compucert This morning I awoke and walked into to the hallway and looked at my car sitting in the backyard like I do every morning. Lo and behold WHITE!
SNOW!?!?!!?
Yeah. Snow. Why didn't remember anything about snow in the forecast?
I walk to the living room. Look out our picture window. Snow. Everywhere. Everything is white.
I shook my head and went abut my morning ritual as usual. Dressed more rugged than usual. I might have to battle snow banks and drifts today. But was I drove from Nassau to Queens I noticed something amazing. They got nothing. Pretty nearly along the city line was the cut off. Queens was buried under a pile of salt, but no snow.
Such an unpleasant shock to start this day off.
