Weekend Box Office

For the second week in a row, Pirates plundered the box office. Here's the rundown:

1. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
2. Little Man
3. You, Me and Dupree
4. Superman Returns
5. The Devil Wears Prada
6. Cars
7. Click
8. The Lake House
9. Nacho Libre
10. A Scanner Darkly

Keira and the rest of the Pirates of the Caribbean have already grossed more than $250 million in the US and over $150 million overseas. It's been breaking all sorts of records during the short time it's been on the screens. It's lined up to be the big blockbuster of the summer, if not the year.

Little Man, the latest Wayans Bros. movie, edged out You, Me and Dupree by about half a mill.

I'm interested to see what Clerks II will do this coming weekend when it opens. And in a month the biggest joke on the internet Snakes on a Plane opens up. I wonder if anyone will bother seeing that?
