FREE. The gigantic steel-and-aluminum stamp, created by Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen in 1985, is 28 feet tall and 48 feet long. It was commissioned by what is now the Amoco Oil Company for its Cleveland headquarters, but by the time it was completed the company’s new management wanted nothing to do with it. After years in storage, it was donated to the city of Cleveland and installed at Amoco’s expense.
