A question has been rolling around in my gourd for a while now; what is the insurgent death toll in Iraq? You watch any news program and they pound the US troop death toll down your throat, but I never hear how many of the enemy's troops have met their end. After a google search, this is the only data I found:

A Washington Post Op-Ed article on November 22nd, 2005, named the insurgent death toll in Iraq as being supposedly between 45,000 and 50,000.
That hardly seems like a losing endeavor to me. Imagine what that country would be like if the coalition wasn't there to keep those animals down. I'd say we are handily winning the war in Iraq.
By the way, that's no civil war. When terrorists from all over the region are pouring in just for the chance to kill Americans, it's not a civil war, but a war on terrorism, a battle between good and evil, and we're fighting the good fight. I am proud of the work our soldiers have accomplished, and how they are defending our safety HERE by fighting the scum over THERE.
How is that? Well, it's easy for the terrorists to get into Iraq to take a shot at an American. Not so easy in US soil. If anyone is qualified to fight these cowards, it's our very own GI Joe's. Their bravery and selflessness make it possible for all of us to live free with liberty. I can't express my thanks enough.
