Happy Birthday Horatio

There appears to be some discrepancies in information, certainly it is the birthday for bloated funnyman Horatio Sanz, but what year? Some places say he was born in 1974, and and others 1969. Regardless of age, Haratio is a funny comedian. He was one of the only reasons that got me to tune into Saturday Night Live. They cut him loose at the beginning of this season. Makes you wonder what he was up to. At any rate:
