A lunatic calls the office this morning. Madelyn. She's all over the place and making NO sense what-so-ever. She kept me on the line for about five minutes babbling nonsense. I got her off the phone and looked up her file. He stuff arrived a week ago, and we're just under 10 days behind. Therefore, we're not up to her return yet. When Catherine came in, I informed her of Madelyn's situation and left it at that. The hag calls back and annoys Cat with the same bullshit, but keeps dragging it out.
