A step in the right direction

I was able to drive my car again today. I got to the STS shop before they closed yesterday, which was fine. They handed me a replacement mirror and sent me on my way for the time being. Mike, the guy who damaged my car was waiting in the lot just to continue apologizing and to offer to put the mirror back on for me. I've replaced that mirror before so I know my way around it, so I just declined his offer and told him to stop beating himself up over it. What's done is done. I have a functioning driver's mirror on the car again so I'm good to roll again. I only need to get my car into the shop to get it looking good again and then I'll be happy.

In other news the IRS audit went as well as we could've hoped yesterday. My office was fine with the outcome. The client was fine with the outcome. The Agent was fine with the outcome. Now we can all get back to life as usual.
