1. Archaic . a gossip. 
2. a chattering or flighty, light-headed person.

Origin: Flibbertigibbet is of obscure origin, but is thought have been formed as an imitative representation of the sound of chatter or gossip. It entered English in the late 1400s.

• To be extremely drunk, high or a mixture of both. The term is derived from the extreme inebriation most commonly experienced by white females between age 17 to 27.
