LA rocker chick Diamante has finally dropped her debut EP, Dirty Blonde, available on iTunes. "Being a 'Dirty Blonde' is an attitude; a lifestyle. It is the mentality of being a brave, wild, and genuine free spirit who chooses the freedom to be who they are, as they are," Diamante said about the name of her EP in a recent interview with Affliction.
"The people I have met living in Hollywood these past few months and the real life experiences I've had inspired the rebellious spirit in this EP. I wanted to write something that was in-your-face, upbeat, and more than anything, something that defied societal norms and really spoke to everyone."
Diamante will be joining female fronted rock band FLYLEAF on Revolver's Hottest Chicks Tour beginning this week. The tour begins on April 8 and the lineup includes- Flyleaf, Fit For Rivals, The Agonist (on select dates), Diamante and Falling For Scarlet. Shortly after the Revolver tour, Diamante will set out again in June to join Whitesnake's The Purple Tour for a series of select dates. Diamante will join the tour on June 2 in Santa Rosa, CA and will continue until the tour hits Houston. TX on June 20.
