Review Tuesday: ATOMIC BLONDE

ATOMIC BLONDE
In the days leading up to the fall of the Berlin Wall, a list of Ally spies falls into the hands of the KGB. MI6 Agent Lorraine Broughton (Charlize Theron) is sent in to investigate.
From the ads, commercials, and trailers ATOMIC BLONDE looked like a sexy-spy, action thrill-ride. But a woman action-hero kicking the crap out of the KGB? It seemed unlikely.

That is, until you see Charlize Theron in the lead role. At close to six feet tall Charlize is a lot of woman and believable as a bruiser.

At nearly two hours Atomic Blonde is like a Bourne flick, only more watchable and with a likable star. The action coupled with tons of plot twists and turns hold your interest.

I think the only bummer is the villain. You kinda had a feeling the entire time, but it seemed almost predictable. Otherwise it's a bunch of fun to watch.
