This term comes from the Italian literally meaning "Frankish tongue." It's existed in English since the 1600s.

  • a man with all the necessary characteristics and qualities to be complete. consisting of:
  1. the smooth talking and 'make you feel good' skills of the player 
  2. the sexual pleasing abilities and protection of the parolee 
  3. to satisfy financially and be profitable like the professional 
  4. and to be sweet and caring and giving like the pushover
