My method for nuked eggs

A lot of people don't realize that you can make nice scrambled eggs in a microwave. Here's how I typically make it:

2-3 eggs
cheese
butter or margarine
milk or cream or half & half
black pepper

I start with a plastic microwavable bowl with a lid. I drop in about a spoon of butter or similar and nuke it for 10-15 seconds to melt it. If you prefer some sort of oil or non stick spray you can skip that step.

Next I throw in my eggs and beat them. Add a spoon of milk or similar and a dash of pepper and mix thoroughly. Next you can add whatever ingredients you like, salt, cheese, onions, peppers, etc.

Nuke for about a minute. Watch it. If you see it rising a lot your nuke is probably higher watts than the one here in the office. Just pull it out and stir it up a little. The stirring allows the eggs to cook more evenly. It might need about another 60 - 90 seconds depending on how dry you like your eggs.

When you are done you'll have some really pretty, bright and fluffly scrambled eggs.

I've shown this to a couple people and they embraced this method as it also cuts down on dishes and all.
